At Bearefoot Shoes, we want your feet to feel as natural as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new pair doesn't provide the perfect ground feel, we are here to help you find the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back at our facility in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
